UNIT 1: Get to Know Rossiter
Length: 2 days
Cost: $359
Registration: visit http://www.therossitersystem.com/signin.php (Click "Sign In")

This two-day workshop provides hands-on training and instruction in Rossiter System techniques that help you (and your clients, family, friends, teammates, colleagues) get out of pain FAST. At this workshop you'll:
  • Learn 30 techniques to quickly eliminate aches and pains throughout the body, including the head, neck, shoulders, low back, hips, elbows, hands, knees, ankles, feet and toes.
  • Receive instruction in an interactive, lively, fun environment, with step-by-step instruction, streaming videos, personal coaching, practice and refinement of each technique.
  • Learn the underlying causes of musculoskeletal pain in the body for all types of clients: general public, athletes, musicians, artists, factory workers, computer workers, seniors, teens, coaches, trainers, etc...
  • Learn why Rossiter System stretches are so effective at providing fast, efficient pain relief.
  • Learn how to give back to your clients, friends and family the mobility and comfort that have been missing from their everyday lives.
  • Experience and practice each Rossiter technique with a classmate. All participants learn how to deliver the techniques to a partner, and they also experience how it feels to undergo a Rossiter System workout on their own bodies.
  • Learn better body mechanics for manipulating others' tissue, including how to use your feet (rather than the more vulnerable hands) to anchor clients' tissue in place while the client executes deep, powerful stretches "from the inside out."
  • (For bodyworkers/trainers, etc): Discuss marketing and integration of Rossiter techniques into your existing practice.

UNIT II: Rossiter System Certification Workshop
Length: 3 days
Cost: $469
Registration: visit http://www.therossitersystem.com/signin.php (Click "Sign In")

A Unit II Rossiter System workshop focuses on three C's: Continued learning of more techniques, Confidence and Certification. You'll expand on and build confidence in the pain-busting, body-restoring techniques you learned in Unit I. Even more, you'll leave a Unit II workshop as a certified Rossiter System "Coach," able to market yourself as such. At this workshop you'll:
  • Learn 50 more Rossiter System connective tissue -- stretching techniques -- more powerful and more specific than those in Unit I - to help you and your clients get out of pain quickly and efficiently.
  • In the same interactive workshop environment as Unit I, learn techniques for the upper-body (head, neck, shoulders, arms, elbows, wrists, hands, fingers) and even more techniques for the lower body (low back, hips, knees, feet and toes), with special emphasis on stretches for the abductors and adductors.
  • Gain insights from other class members and Rossiter Instructors, including their personal experiences, tips, advice and success stories for using the Rossiter System in their practices, lives and daily routines.
  • Understand the business and practical applications of Rossiter in your own professional practice or everyday life.
  • Unit II covers Levels 2, 3 and 4 techniques from the book "Step out of Pain the Rossiter Way" by Richard Rossiter and Sue MacDonald.
  • Become a certified Rossiter System Coach, which allows you to market yourself as such and means that your name will be added to the Rossiter System web site for referrals.
