Programs customized to you
- Through his years of training, David knows fitness isn't "one size fits all." He adapts his fitness know-how to your needs and goals, and enthusiastically provides intriguing and fun exercise programs designed specifically for you - whether you're testing the fitness waters for the first time or training for a triathlon.
- Before starting your customized workout program, David has an in-depth conversation about your:
- fitness goals (better overall fitness or injury prevention?),
- training expectations,
- lifestyle -- age, injury history, fitness history and family history.
Because David has such deep experience with all levels of fitness training, he quickly can adapt any exercise to fit your fitness blueprint.
- David lets you decide where to workout - a gym, studio, your home or a park.
- He doesn't exclude anyone. He is eager to partner with you, no matter your current fitness level, needs and wants.
- Mobility fitness and Rossiter go hand-in-hand. Many clients request Rossiter after their workout.
